If he has something else for sale, call from a number different than yours and ask about the stuff for sale, I'll bet he will be glad to talk to you. Then you can tell him that he can make good or you're contacting your State's Attorney General's office. If you have the documentation, they will be more than glad to get to the bottom of it. This must be the same game that several parts sellers's pull. We had a guy around here that was doing pretty well selling parts until the word got out about him. If you were buying, you could almost always find him, but if he owed you something, you seldom could find him. Problem is, he thought he was the only one that money meant anything to, however, it works equally for the buyer as it does the seller.
