I originally wanted a SA for an over size garden. They are pricey in my area and implements are harder to find. Cubs are in the same price range or more and just didn't have the hp I wanted.
I ended up with my 1st SC for $500 about 10 years ago. It has a fast hitch and I was impressed with it once I figured out what it was. I have 2 now, one set up for tillage and the other set up for cultivating, side dressing, cycle mower etc. the fast hitch on both make it quick and easy to change implements. I'm getting too old to reconfigure tractors for different tasks so I set up for each for a different job. I'll end up with a 3rd so I don't have to swap the mounted implements.
It's turned into a real scavenger hunt trying to find any and all the fast hitch implements specific to the SC. I have 9 different one so far.

On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
