Swapped the front tires from my parts M (a 50) to my loader M (a 49). The rims on the front of the parts tractor must have been replacements as the holes were different than the loader tractor. The parts tractor used bolts that were the next size larger and I couldn't get them through the hubs on the loader tractor. I used the smaller bolts but now they want to loosen up on me. I am also afraid that I will break a hub because it might loosen and I don't catch it. Just today I heard a clicking and one was loose again.
Did they change the hubs on the front to have bigger holes or did someone drill them out? I guess I will put it in the shop and drill those hubs out so I can use the larger bolts. I would just swap the hubs but the parts tractor has a mangled bearing and one hub won't come off.

Although he himself has never actually owned or restored a tractor, he was always enthusiastic and always around helping with other peoples projects.
