Drive the pin out that holds the shifter lever and remove the shifter lever. Now either pfasten the clutch pedal down to release the pressure mite need to block the wheels so it doesent run away. Now with a lite look at the shift rails. move the one thats out of line so all three are lined up together and you will be good to go. Mite need to jack up one wheel so the rail can be moved. Your shift lever needs to be built up a little so it doesent slip out of the rail not uncommon for your problem to happen just dont speed shift under power.
