Yes, it does, it is a 61, the donor is a 58 and does not have the teleadepth. I also have a 59 diesel that is in the engine rebuild process. It has all the balls and whistles available in 59. When I bought the last 460, I also got an engine, I think it is a conbine or maybe a truck engine. I have enough sheetmetal to complete 2 tractors. I have a spare engine that I can rbuid at some point to maybe a puller. the 58 (donor tracto does not show the triangle symbol for the upgraded rear end compnents, the 59 (diesel) shows the upgraded markings and the latest purchase being a 61 wold have had the heavier components from the factory, I have a gas 400, 350lp both with f/h and PTO as well as a 53 Super C with a fast hitch so I'm not to worried abouty the PTO, just can't decide about the fh on this 460
