I think that the 460 fast hitch is the same as my 340"s and there is a pin in what is called the Bellcrank that can be removed that will allow for the fast hitch to float. The Bellcrank is located at the bottom of the cylinder. I have put just a little down pressure on my fast hitch (block between the drawbar and the ground) to relieve the pressure on the pin.
The link to the parts diagram is on the 340 but it looks the same as the 460 when I looked it up.
