First try to adjust it. It may need more free play on the T.O. bearing, but probably needs the final pulled and new clutch discs. If you get it, I will tell you how to pull the final without using a hoist. You still need to break the track. Worst case is a shelled out bullgear, but unlikely if it was weak for a time.
