I'm in the UK there were lots of Atlas excavators here before the Japanese arrived,Atlas built a great rubber duck that was much favored by the railway contractors,all the ones I came across had either Deutz or Perkins power track or wheeled,never came across any with Cummins,maybe that was used for the US market,not as thick on the ground anymore but a new one turns up now and again,they are still in business.
