Only thing close to that in an excavator I have seen was a Bucyrus-Erie excavator with a 555 cummmins (triple nickel- was the nickname for that engine). Was a painfully slow machine, the tracks on it were like on a crane carbody, big heavy thick flat pads. This thing could not get out of its own way, might have been air over hydraulic too. Might be apples to oranges comparing a B-E to Atlas, but that old, don't expect high performance or production. I can see maybe stationary or similar use for lifting or something, always a use if it runs decent, no real problems, machines of that era, the beginning of hydraulic excavators are so dated by todays standards, something to be aware of depending on what kind of work you intend to do.
