You need a power beyond valve for the hydraulics to run the backhoe but first you need to find a correct backhoe. Then you'll need the mounts to attach the backhoe. You want the hoe to be easily removed because leaving it on when doing lots of loader work changes the balance of the machine and also slows it down. $3000 seems like a really low price for a decent running 850. I'd still get someone experienced with crawlers to check it over regardless. What may seem like a good deal in the beginning could end up costing thousands and thousands in repairs.
