Hi James, Too far from Virginia for me but I'll give it a plug, sight unseen. Having both a 3 pt blade and a pull-behind grader, there's a world of difference in what they do. I rarely use the 3 pt blade as the grader does a much better job. Needing an operator for the grader isn't convenient but it's worth my effort to find a tractor driver. The guy I bought my grader from was surprised I wanted to put it to work. First thing I did was fit it with rubber tires. They're wonderful machines that I hope you find a new home for with somebody more appreciative of what it'll do. The joke around here is that mine must have come over on the Mayflower. But it works great.
