HP Here is why it is running on the back unit. In simple words the front unit is worthless. The idea of the front units were the thing would be live all time and make for smother operation. In the designe the clutches and disk are not big enough. As long as we kept the old 20 in dirt work the front unit would somewhat get buy but if the guy went to hanging it on stumps and riding the blade lift burnt the unit out fast. Was working at an ih dealer in 50s/60s been there done that.
