A high pressure washer and a 14LB hammer is the most effective method of freeing rusty tracks,aim the jet at the joint of each pin doing them one at a time both sides of each bush,when you move and the track and it humps up knock it back down with the sledge,depending on which hydraulic line got damaged,on the right side the hose attaches to a tee,the line comes from the valve to the tee,one hose goes from the tee to the cylinder,from the other side of the tee goes a tube to the left with a 90° angle on the end which connects to the hose that connects to the cylinder,you may only need the tee if its the R/H hose that got pulled off,if its the left you may need the crossover tube,any hydraulic shop should be able to make you a new tube or try getting one from Case.
