Well, you got me to go look at mine,D4 serial # 7U33676, with pony start. Pulled the stick and turned it over to see the full mark and right their it said " check with the engine running". No marks on the pony dip stick other than the full mark. Guess I have been doing it wrong !! O BTW this has the oil cooler along side the radiator.. Jo Well I'll just add to my previous answer as tell you the dip stick, oil filter and oil fill elbow are all lined up in a row on the right side of the engine and yes I had to go look again..LOL. Jo
