Hey all, my 1964 MF 470 wheel loader has painfully slow hydraulics. They aren"t weak at all and when working the forks, bucket with dirt gravel etc...it"s alright I guess. It"s slow but you can"t really throw material around with this little loader anyhow. Snow is another story, snow is light and this machine moves it perfectly however the bucket actions are painfully slow. I have to put the machine in neutral and rev the motor a bit and wait while dumping snow out of the bucket. It shouldn"t be that slow should it? I never really liked plowing with it on account of the slow bucket cycle with snow, but don"t notice the cycle time too much with other material.
Is it the pump or am I using too heavy a weight of hydraulic oil or what?
