around here (NE Wyoming) they are in the 3500.00- 5000.00 range and up for a dsl model, a 530CK is a very good durable small utility unit, those hrs seem very low for a machine of that age if they are indeed correct that unit should run for many years yet with proper care, we sold many of them and I have seen them with 8000 hrs plus in the oil field before they traded them and these were used daily and hard then, if it has a torque converter drive you need to put it under load and determine if it is working correctly, it should have very good push power in 1st/2nd gear and be able to spin tires while say pushing into a dirt pile in 1st gear, if it has the mechanical shuttle shift make sure it shifts easy from FWD to REV and stays in gear under load, check fluids for condition a well maintained machine is easy to see, has it been greased are the pins in the backhoe/loader worn badly from lack of grease?, depending on what you are planning to use it for even if they have moderate wear the unit will still run/perform well and for many years, that being said the Case 530CK set the industry standard back in the day all others fought to acheive, give it a test drive and see if it will fit your needs good luck cnt
