I acquired a 100 KW 250 Volt generator that was opearated by a TD 25 bulldozer. The old guy operated his coal mine operation with it. The TD25 would back into his shed and connect the generator up to TD 25 by using V belts. He would drive the tractor forward putting tension on the belts there by operating the generator through his PTO belt pulley. The TD25 is long gone. But I have a old D6 and a older D8.I am looking to duplicate this set up. Does any one have an idea where I can pick up a PTO for either of these tractors? I have seen D4 belt pulleys forsale maybe I could adapt one.
