guy's I just picked up a fairly nice TD9 crawler and am rounding up a sevice manual for it, my question is the RH steering clutch will not release ( I can feel the brake will work if the clutch would release) and the lever does not take much to pull it back like the left clutch that does work correctly, I have a feeling it will need a tear down to fix can any one give me a few ideas what could be wrong and how bad are they to get to? thanks for any info as I am not familar with the IH units,,,,yet lol thanks again cnt
