The water passages r the problem

Fix it with j b weld an powder metal
Grind her smooth any idea

9U, just clean everything up and take some pic's of the top of the block if you can. You will need a liner puller once you get the pistons out. Get the liner puller hooked up and then apply steady pressure, once it breaks loose it will move nice. Now with the pistons out get a piece of cardboard that just fits between the block webs, coat with grease and it will catch all dirt when you pull liners. put in all 4 spots.

I had trouble with two liners but got them out
Now just have to get the block flat
Around one water passage it's kind of washed
Out I need to build it up
