Farmall H and M Cultivators

Does any one out there know where I can find a cultivator for a Farmall H or M? I would like to find one to mount on my M but if I could find one for my H would work too.
 
I have a 2-row unit that is partially complete, I am in the southeast corner of Nebraska if you are interested. If not, it will go in the scrap pile.
 
I have 2 model 250 cultivators that I used on a Farmall H. They would work on an M also. I think I can find a picture of it on the tractor if I looked a little. My farm is in South Central Illinois (Effingham area)
 
I am planning on cultivating corn with it, and just corn, and in 38 inch rows, and if I get it working good enough ill bring my planter and need the cultivator to 36 inch rows.
 
I have a 4 row model custom built, started out as a 2 row. It is for a 30 inch row complete front and rear, Was used for soybeans. good paint, located in sw Wisconsin.
