I have had some discussion on my 1950 Farmall H puller. This tractor, for those of you just tuning in, is equipped with the low low first gear. Serial ending with X1A.
I recently pulled at the Westfield Fair in Westfield Mass. Stock classes went from 4500# to 10500#. I pulled 4500#, 5000#, 5500# and yes, 6500#. There was alot of people that said no way. Well, I won 6500# class. In fact, I was the only one to make a full pull the second time around. Alot of people made the full pull with 10000#. When they added another block to make it 11000#, I was the only one to make a full pull. Keep in mind, the chain is long but everyone pulled the same chain on the same track. Against John deeres, Olivers, and such.
