If thats only surface rust and tires hold air its a good deal. Take a $100 to town it wont buy much at walmart.They wont be on CL long at that price.

At that price I would snag them quick if they were close!
Bottom tire alone is probably worth that much.
Two tubes @ ~$60 each.
Won't know about the hat rims until you get the tires off, but I
have fixed a few that looked close to that shape on the outside.

I was thinking the same thing this afternoon while working in the shop. I have a hood, pair of fenders, and a long-over due clothes line poles that need painting. Hoping next weekend.

I'd buy em instantly if local at that price.
When I went to get them, I'd be praying the bolt threads were ok
and they hold air. By the looks of them, if the threads were shot, getting them bolts out of those rims would probably destroy the rim.
ok, and hold air?...use em as is on a beater tractor.
(stuff a rag in that rim hole, so the tube won't be cut, air em up and go. LOL)
