Removing brake drum on an H

I am trying to remove a brake drum and it is not co-operating with me. I have the early style drum that has the the key. So far I have only tried prying it off with bars opposite of each other (worked on other side) and applying minimal heat with a propane torch. Any suggestions on what else I can do to remove the drum? I am putting in new bearings and seals so I am not worried about burning them with a hotter heat source. I do not have a puller but might be able to find one if that is the only option to get it apart.

Brad and if you screw the drum up I have a pair of them with the key slot in them. I am in western wi. by LaCrosse.

I have parted out several and have found that sometimes a wedge
driven in on two sides will do it. If you can get the whole thing to
move a bit toward you then you can put the bolt back in the drum
while leaving the retainer off and hit the head of the bolt with a
heavy hammer, which sometimes will get it started.
