stuck engine

last month I posted with pistons out crank would not spin,Ifound the problem to be govenor body in housing stuck.Pulled gov. out cleaned it greased put it back in crank spins freely.Fly weights move very freely is this correct? Also how does gov. body in housing get lubed? Tuck

They should move free on their pins, but not wiggly.
This is on what tractor?

this is on a c123 farmall 100 the crank is not stuck now, it spins fine not loose.

Sounds like your fine, Governor is lubed by oil coming up from gears.

the fly weights swing freely not wiggly.what about the lube question? thank you Andrew

If get oil from the cam spinning and there is a hole in that bushing where the gov gear runs. Remove the gov gear assy and check that hole to make sure its clean with some compressed air.
