Radiator Overflow

While operating my M tractor fluid flows out of the overflow tube from the radiator very steady even when its not heavy use. Why is this happening?

Did you fill it right up to the neck? You are supposed to leave around 2" below the fill for expansion.

look down the fill cap. if there is still coolant covering the core, run it. unless it keeps doing this to the point that you're low on coolant, sounds normal for an overfilled radiator.

Water expands as it gets hot, so if you fill the radiator to the brim over and over, all it's going to do is push the excess out the overflow tube.

Also if not overfull or overheating that can happen when compression pressure is making it into the cooling system. Crack or gasket failure.

It should seek a natural level once after heating and cooling. If it continues after that you have a problem.
