Well guys, the problem with my 9n was the battery after all. even thought the guy who tested it said it was good and it showed 12.6 voltage it was junk. Bought brand new battery and it started right up.Thanks for everyones input.

Yep one problem with any piece of test equipment it too can go bad and if it does well the test that shows good means nothing

He only measured a surface charge. The best test is by hydrometer.
