8N plug wiring

Hi, I need to make sure my spark plug wires are attached correctly. Which cylinder is #1 ? Anyone have a diagram showing how the spark plugs attach to the distributor cap?
All help appreciated.

# 1 is nearest the radiator. 1-4 going toward the seat.

Distributor cap and ignition is 1-2-[b:6a9b103678]4[/b:6a9b103678]-3, ccw. It is easy to mixup 3 and 4.

JMOR has lots of great wiring diagrams. You can search for them.

Best you get the set of manuals for your machine. This Forum has MANY good answers and troubleshooting advice. But a manual in hand will help you a LOT. HTH

Sorry, side distributor. I ordered the manuals from this site but did not find a diagram that shows distributor to plug wiring.
