Hi, All
rebuilding a Briggs L-head (100292-0536) with my
son. It's a little easier for him to wrench on
than a tractor. I don't really need it, other than
to teach him. I'm pretty startled at how simple
it is inside.
Anyway, there are parts available, but the few
places I looked on-line were kinda pricey. I will
re-mic the bore tomorrow now that I have the
specs, but I am guessing I'll need oversize piston
and rod.
Do any of you have a favorite place for old Briggs
parts?
thanks!
Merry Christmas, Happy New Year to all.
