I love my Jube, specially now that it has the power steering but if I could get
this kind of money for it, I'm afraid I'd have to sell it!
Not my ad, etc.

Not too far out of line, N*complete charged $11,883.24 for a remanufactured Jubilee and $9,269.64 plus an environmential fee ( disposal of oil, etc.)up to $178.20 To reman your tractor. This is from an old catalog, date unknown. If you count the time, paint, parts, tires.I would not take that for my jubilee, if it was restored. Plus a free loader.
Just my 2 cents worth.

Seems like a lot to me.
In this area on CL I see a restored 4600 with a loader and two 5000's with
loaders for less than that. One 5000 has the single arm loader.
A 4500 TLB for a couple hundred more.
I like to do the work myself anyway, so I guess I'll stick with mine. :)

'll let him keep it.

Royse,

Need another one? Absolutely not!
What are they asking for it? LOL
I can't tell for sure, is that the generator there on the left side?

No price on it, but I did get the phone number if you're interested. It's right next door in Lowell. That does look like a generator. I'll by driving by it tomorrow in the daylight if you want me to get a few more photos.

If its no trouble, that would be cool.
I really don't need another one, but if the price was right Joan might not kill me!
My email is open on modern view if you want to email them to me, or email
me and I'll send you my number to text them to if that's easier.

he might have that in it, i probably have close to that in mine now, but its done to work, not sell, most jubilees in nice looking, everything works as it should brings around 3500 to 4000 , as i farm and work with the tractor i figure im still ahead of the game at that investment, when compared to a new 30 hp tractor, granted the new one probably has 4x4, and a few other improvements and im pretty sure i'll find a cup holder on that someplace too, what he probably doesnt get is tractors arnt like classic cars, you dont normally get all your money back at the time of sale, you have them and refurbish them for sentimental reasons a lot of the time, but unless there certain models of green tractors, you dont do it to make money

A buddy of mine sold a 8N this summer for $5,000. Had it out
front and it was gone in two days
Had a 20/20 paint job, new tires and a fresh motor rebuild
Also had rust holes in the bottom of the fenders you could stick
your fist through
Still cheaper than a new tractor?

russ, Totally agree, I use my Jubilee with a 6 ft woods finish. Better on my back than a riding mower. Never like mowing before. Now, I enjoy it. Cleaner too, you are away from the dust stirred up by the mower.

I think it just depends where you are in the country - in California I am sure it would sell at that price in that condition with the equipment.
What is that box thing on the back?

Is it worth $7400? I would say it would cost you $7400 to restore a Jubilee & loader to that condition.

I couldn't get $.50 on every dollar I have in mine.

A good set of goodyears all around will cost more than some want to pay for a tractor.

Hard to say what something is really worth.

Looks like a fairly heavy duty loader with the hydraulic pump off the front crankshaft. It is in pretty decent condition but I don"t care for the large counter-weight box mounted on the back. Would hsve to make somethong a little more compact and smaller. $7,400.00 may be what he has into it as others have said. Don"t know if can fetch that much here in Michigan. I"d give him $5,000.00 - $5,500.00 if I had room for it. Like you Royse,..the Mrs. would have my A** if I was to pay out that much for another tractor.

I could get Super Major here in fair condition for that price with a loader and power steering. But the price may be right for that area. JMHO.
