As Tom says put them back on a little lose and take it for a drive and watch for it to pop loose so you do not mess up the treads on the bolts/lugs

big chisel, big hammer from the back side.
close to the drum, turn the wheel to work your way around.
It'll come off.
(put a couple of lugnuts on so when it breaks loose, it doesn't fall)

Well then have some one pull it around some in a ruff field or some such place and it will do the same thing as driving it would

If the tire will hold air, swing a maul and smack the tire.
Front or back or both, all the way around.
If it won't hold air, and the other suggestions don't work, take the six bolts
out of the outer rim and take the outer rim and tire off.
Maybe that's all you'll need to change the tire, but once that's off you could carefully apply heat.
If you do use heat, keep in mind where your seals, bearings and brakes are located.
I keep a fire extinguisher handy in case of a grease fire, but it would be
useless if you caught something on fire internally.

I've had them do the same thing, I just jacked it up and pounded the tire with a sledge hammer, front a few hits then back a few hits. Don't jack it in the middle just under the rear axle and only high enough so the wheel clears the ground.

otherwise.. put an air hammer on it.. than and a board and sledge o matic a couple times.

when you put her back on.. grease the underside of the contact surface with neverseize. save the next guy the hassle.. you might be the next guy! :)
