OT What to do with old parts?

I had some extra time and being in a creative mood I made this seat to put at the end of my driveway for my niece to sit in while she waits for her brother and sisters bus to drop them off.
When I posted it on Face Book my Mother in Law said she wanted one.
Well not having another seat spring handy I made her something more suited for her... Even mounted on board GPS for her

Kool--wish I had time on my hands and felt like doing something with it..Beautiful weather yesterday so did get in the mood to work on my leaf blower--fixed it-saved that $175.00..Then neighbor had non-working weedeater so I went and got it-went through the carburetor-found the problem--tomorrow before I can get parts..feels good to do something productive sometime..
 
It might-depends on the operator--Many yrs ago my Sunday School teacher said he told his MIL that if she kept on giving him problems, he was going to take her broom away and she"d have to walk everywhere she went. He said he was very careful and nice to her and did not call her a witch. Guess it could have been worse-recently our ex-DIN called my wife a Big B..
 
i like the tractor seat on a post. I think I am gonna have to make one for outside my shop. put it on a wide flat base for setting next to rowcrop chassies going side engine work!

That"s a good one. Reminds me of when i ordered some mops for work. when they came in i gave one to one of the gals (with a sense of humor) and told her that her jet ski had come in.
