BTW:.....After building your lift, and test it for smooth operation, I would suggest, making up a saftey chain and install it as in these pix of my 2N. Will save ya from getting squashed under the tractor, as the chain keeps the leak-down factor under control, for as long as the "N" is in the "UP" pos.!!!!

Dave, I would suggest using the same type tire on both sides, unlike what Gary has on Hermie. He always had to plow snow in big left-hand circles because one side pulls better than the other...
