i have a mm u that idles fine and some times gives a puff of white smoke. It runs fine full throttle then when you throttle back all that comes out is white smoke is it a head gasket or some thing else

we have a 5 star gas that gradually got worse with white smoke. We dont drive it much other than parades. I knew it was either a head gasket or a head. Thought it was the gasket so I put in a bottle of head sealant in the antifreeze and let it warm up. It fixed the problem immediately.
