are the g6 diesels known for cracked heads?? beacuse i had a head gasket fail and i put new head gaskets in and its still getting to much pressure in the cooling system.. any ideas on what the problem might be.. buddy of mine who is a diesel machanich said it could be injector sleeves

Could be a cracked head, doubt injector sleeves, they're really not built that way. Call 920 295 3278, we can talk you through some easy checks, may ultimately need to be pressure checked. We do that here if need to be done, also may have good head for you if neccessary, Dale and Doug, River Dale Farms.

Cracked head or block would be possibilities. Definitely not injector sleeves. I don't think they had been invented yet!

A lot of times, you can just fire it up cold and then feel (or use a temperature gun) on each portion of the exhaust manifold and find out in a hurry which cylinder is weak or dead...
