M602 brakes and radiator

Trying to get grandpas M602 working right. He was very much a baling wire and duct tape will fix it guy and it shows on this tractor. First thing is trying to get the brakes to work, neither of them worked one the adjustment bolt was gone.Going to put new disks on but I'm having trouble getting the inside brake disks of..very rusty and haven't had any luck prying at any angle i can get at. Any suggestions? Next projects on is find a new radiator, steering worm gear shaft and joints repair, and find the original M602 nose piece, grill screen and "MM badge" for the front.
