How many 730 all fuel tractors were made? Do the John Deere Archives have serial number information for a Monterry, Mexico 730 S/N 7304092? I have the 30 series production register book, but it does not list info for the Mexican tractors.

I don't know exactly who the Stranger is, but he provides good information to this board. I surely would hate to see him quit posting on here.

There are several folks on here who really know their stuff, The Stranger being one. In addition to him, Clooney, Ol' John T. and some others keep us all well informed.

Thanks to all of them, and may they have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Stan

Jace,
According to the book I have, the all-fuel 730's were referred to as the distillate tractors. There were 177 general purpose, 4 of the hi-crops, and 28 standards built. I hope this will help you some.
