fan 1/8 inch clearance from radiator

Just replaced my radiator on my 8n ford but I'm having trouble with
the fan its to close to radiator. Do they Make diffrent lenths of fans
or is there a way to adjust the clearance???

Jeff........the 8N's radiator has 2-bolts that fit in the frame horns at bottom of radiator. The the TOP of the radiator LONG rubber hoze can be adjusted to lean the radiator forward and aft. Simple, eh? Remember, the top hoze also contains the thermostat. POINTY end toward the radiator. ........Dell

Make sure that the radiator mounting bolt(s) are fully forward in the hole in the axle support (bolt in slot equally positioned relative to bolt in hole.

Adjust radiator hose to position radiator core vertical or SLIGHTLY forward to achieve clearance.

DO NOT adjust radiator core far from vertical or you will break the solder connection between the core and the radiator frame.
