Ford 3 pt disk question?

I have a lift type Ford disk. The serial no. is 56970 and the model no. is LIFT-E.
Are the hub bearings a wood type or metal type?
Where can I purchase the hub wood blocks or metal type bearings. Hub bearings might not be the correct name but it is where the grease fittings are. Total of eight.
Thanks

Google "ford lift-e disk" and select the .PDF in the first link.
Is this what you're working with? Can't post a link here.

Wayne-
The Dearborn Lift Type E Disc Harrow uses wood bearings as did all Ford-Ferguson and Dearborn disc harrows made back then. There is a company that makes them but you will have to go the other Ford Tractor web site to get the info.

email me for more info if you don't know
