420 hydraulic pump rebuild

I finally got around to rebuilding my hydraulic pump on the 420. A bad o-ring was causing hydraulic oil to go to the engine crankcase. I replaced the o-ring on the shaft and was re-asembling the pump body. I notice the new rubber rings between the 3 sections were narrower than the originals. They did not fill up the groove in the center section. Checked the part # of what I have with the parts catalog and I have the correct part. The part # is T16572. Has anyone else run into this? Don't want to assemble it and have it leak like crazy.

They are narrower because they haven't been flattened out yet. Haven't heard of any giving any problems.
