620 clutch noise

I just torn out my clutch in my 620 I pulled everything up to the pulley out and replaced the disks in it. It is a lot noisier now. I'm not sure why this is? I'm not sure how to describe this noise. It made it before but now just much louder. Any ideas on what this is or how to fix it? Thanks!

There is a fiber clutch disc behind the driver (requires removing driver which is on a tapered spline on the crankshaft and a bolt in the end of the crank to hold it on-(loosen this bolt a turn or two and strike bolthead with a hammer) to loosnen driver from crankshaft) and pull pulley of (sometimes requires taking wheel off center wheel casting) and remove clutch yoke on front of clutch housing before hand-this allows cluch pulley to come off. There is a bearing in the clutch pulley that rides on crankshaft when disengaged and these are usually dry-lube it with wheelbearing grease and reassemble cluch with good fiber discs. Be sure to tighetn the driver (driver has a mark on it that lines up with a mark on the end of the crankshat for dynamic balance) disc tightly so the splines on the crankshaft do not get worn from a loose driver. Reassemble as you disassemmbled clutch.
