I have a problem that I hope someone can help me with.
I am helping a friend of mine with a John Deere 350c dozer.
The problem started when the rack and pinion on the throttle lever stripped. I am a machinist, so I managed to make a knew rack gear.
Upon removing the pump I also found that the retaining screw for the metering valve sleeve was broken. Got that fixed and now have the pump back together.
This is a Roosa Master model C with the metering valve update kit( R.M. 18387-AT31165).
The problem is that with this mod you need the gauge 18314 to set the governor end play for the metering rod.
Nobody around here seems to have the gauge. If i knew what the dimension was on the gauge I could make one easily.
If anybody has this gauge and could give me the measurment it would really help me out.
Thanks
Dennis
