Just found it today while digging in the floor of a building.. 16 inches long and a wooden handle goes in it.. Maybe homemade, just wondering what it could have been used for...

maybe a pike ?used for handling logs,setting poles etc. dont recall seeing one with two points though.

BTW, that's pickle fork for pickles, not tie rod ends. Here's a normal sized version. Note the similarity.
