Picked up what I thought was a 630 last year, brought it home and upon a closer look it's actually a 611B. Tractor was in pieces. How many did they make? Did they all have a G164 dry sleeve engine? Hoping to make it run this summer.
 
Jimmy!!! Jimmy!! Jimmy!! I was just preparing a plaque for you in honor of your CASE expertise, but now I"ll give it to someone else. Can"t tell the difference betwixt a 611B & 630?? There has to be some kind of penalty or fine for that. Send me $25.00 & we"ll wave the court fees. The fine will increase if you tell us that your 630 is a Triple Range.
All 611B"s left Racine w/ the 164 dry sleeve.
 
Jim, they made 2093 in 58 and 1120 in 59 of 611B's, if it has a "30" series steering wheel it is a 59 a regular three spoke its a 58

John, here is the kicker that had me thinking it was a G188, where's the stupid water jacket plate?!?!?!!?

That's right, it's got a fricken A126G in it!

Who's laughing now Johnny! Tractor is a 611-B chassis, 400B nose and a A126G swather engine!
 
400B & 600B noses are the same. I went before the Board of Revue but they decided to uphold my decision to withhold the plaque. It's so obvious that the tractor is not a 630. All I can say is that in 4th High, Direct, she's gonna be logie going uphill!!
