How bad can rain (humidity) mess up paint?

I have a solid base of primer down. 3 or 4 coats. Started to paint
with I.H 2150 and a thunder storm hit. Everything small in in my
garage, no humidity control there but its inside and pretty air
tight. I started the tractor and had to stop half way through. It's
under a canopy and have tarps all around the sides to keep water
directly off of it. But it is far from air tight. Help me please. Hahaha

A lot would depend on how dry the paint was when it started raining. Really the only thing you can do is wait and see. The parts inside the garage should be fine. If the tractor had any mist blow in around the tarp you may have to sand the paint and put another coat on. That should be the extent of the damage if there is any.

if your humidity gets too high when you are painting, it will cause the paint to "blush" . it gets a foggy appearance. if you have about 70- percent or above, i wouldnt shoot it.

Do you have 3-4 coats of that primer on the tin?
That doesn't look like epoxy primer to me. If it is not epoxy, you can let that sit as long as you want. Then piprior tp paint wet sand it with a block and paint.
