Are shop-made weed wiper units worth the many thousands of dollars Bowman and GrassWorks, etc. are asking for them ?

I only have 12 acres to treat this year, eventually about 40 acres total

Do you have a 3pt sprayer?

I zip tied a cattle back rub wick right up under under the spray heads on the boom of my small 50 gal sprayer. I run the sprayer so it soaks the wick really good to the point of runoff, then shut down the sprayer. Reapply the chemical to the rub as needed in the field.

Works really well, and only cost me about $25.

No, You can build one out of pvc pipe for less than $100. Rodger Sales Co.(you can find them on the web)sells components but you can buy most items at your local hardware store.
