I got bored at work today, so I called the parts number that I had posted below. That is the correct number. The guy that I talked to was very helpful in he explained that when Bushog purchased the GB line, there was not a lot of parts that ever showed up down in Selma. He said when someone calls about a old 900 and smaller loader, they do the best they can to help. When they closed Gt. Bend up, they did so over less than a few months and put 300+ people out of a job. I think you can see why the manuals, parts etc. never got shipped.

Some things got sent. I couple of years ago I called or e-mailed requesting parts book/manual for my GB-330. Got a nice package back with parts CD, operators manual, and a couple of goodies. Thought customer service went beyond the ordinary in this case since my loader was an obsolete orphan from a defunct company.

Just wanted to give another positive result for BH/GB. It is not the usual anymore.

Had a good experience as well with BH about my GB 800 workmaster on my green 4020. Was looking to replace the lower (front) hydraulic piston, but the sales/parts person told me I could most likely have them rebuilt for about a quarter of the new replacement price which I did end up doing.... pretty nice customer service!
