Repairing Torn Discbine Curtain

I have a curtain on the discbine that is torn. Anybody have a good method of repair? Not really up for $200 new cover. I am getting uncut grass and I think its from the torn curtain piece that lays the grass over...

Go to tractor supply or farm store and get tarp/canvas glue. That stuff works great and holds in a couple of minutes. You can glue a patch over it if you have a piece of tarp around. It will hold longer than the cover will last.

I repaired mine about four years ago. I drilled pairs of holes with a 1/4 drill on opposite sides of the tear, and then pulled black cable ties through and fastened them. It is still holding good.

If you patch it only on one side, patch the inside with plenty of material on either side of the tear. Best if you can also patch the outside, too.
