We have a Vicon 281 mower & have been having problems with the conditioner roller segments breaking. I have a parts machine but will run out of segments eventually. I was thinking about taking the plastic segments off & welding some channel iron in place. Has anyone made a repair to these things in any other ways? Thanks Jim S
