Will a aux. hydraulic pump from a ford thousand series tractor work a fordson power major? Thanks for any help.

it depends what you mean. if you are wanting to replace the power major internal pump, with a later 000 series,65 on then no it wont fit.
They are completely different systems. even a pump from a 60 to 64 super or 5000 as the last ones where called in the U.S.A/Canada, has different ports and plumbing so won't work, without a whole lot of messing around.
I've never converted one of those over either, so not sure if it would work at all even .

If you are meaning a crankshaft driven external pump for a loader. I would guess possibly with time, money, and a machine shop you can do anything and convert it to work.

Whats the reason you need to do this?
