I don't make a habit of pulling 6 wagons at a time , but once in the while when changing location to combine I'll do it to save some time. I have pulled 8 before and like pulling 6 it is unreal how well they follow. You would think the opposite would occur and they would wander all over the road. It is almost comical to watch as you turn into or out of a driveway. The last one turns just about exactly where the first one did. Here also, you would think the last ones would try to cut the corner, but not so. They follow like they are on rails, hence we say wagon train. Rod.

Nice pic Rod, heck-of a surprise for a "city-slicker" when pulls out to pass "a" wagon and finds 6!!! hee hee I love it!! wish I had 11 cents for every one finger wave I got over the years.
Back"en the (60"s)we fill 4 haywagons drop the baler hookup the 700 and head home. honk"en horns &finger waving. Dad said don"t worry about it! When Iwas along I"d wave back! darn-city-slickers. God Bless Be Safe Guys

1370 nice picture I have pulled 4 empty wagons to the field a thought that was neat, but 6 man thats really neat I wouldn't try filling them might not find the tractor digging down to pull them ha ha.
 
When my dad used to do custom silo filling he would leave in the morning for the job with the 830 eh, chopper, 2 or 3 boxes, and the blower. Was quite a train too.
 
Jon, did yeah put the blower pipes in the wagons like we did. 700 with chopper and blower the 530 with 3 gehl self-unloading wagons with blower pipe. Brother would pass me going down hill with 530 I'd have to backoff with 700 or I woulda "ate" last wagon!!! IF DAD only knew what his crazy boys where doing! God Bless BE SAFE
 
Yes he put the pipes in the wagons, but they weren't self unloaders they were dakken live bottoms and the blower was the hopper type.
